For the maintenance of all types of tools, you need a sand and oil mixture. This mixture will work well for cleaning and sharpening your tools. Take a 5-gallon plastic bucket and fill three fourth of it with sand.

The one part which is left in the bucket is for oil. The oil may be motor oil, Mineral oil or even vegetable oil can be used for making this mixture. The oil is used to make the sand damp wet. Now take the tool which you want to clean and plant it into the mixture.

The grime and dust of the tool can be removed by cutting off the blade repeatedly into the sand. After using the tool plunge it multiple times into the mixture and put it there until you want it again. This hack will save time and at the same time maintain your tools.


23- PLANT ONE HOLE PER PLANT THE ENTIRE YEAR

Everyone likes annual plants to grow in the garden. These plants included salvias, petunias, pansies, and snapdragon. We don’t like to dig out the holes again and again with the change of season. To solve this problem, dig holes for your annual plants but the depth of the holes is exactly the size of your plastic nursery container.

It means that the size of the hole is the same as that of the width and depth of the container. Now place the nursery container into the hole and at the end of the season just lift out the spent plants in their containers. Now start dropping new containers with fresh plants.

You should not worry about drainage because the nursery plants always have holes at the bottom of the container. Now your plants will not face any difficulty in spreading.
